The Up & Up.

So here I am. Blogging. After yet another 394458951 month hiatus. I have no idea where to start!

I think the main reason I decided to take up writing again, if I'm being honest, was the re-awakening of my tween-age desire to be just like Carrie Bradshaw (there have been a lot of "Sex and the City" marathons on E! lately). :P But I've also come to realize that I try to create a new writing habit whenever I'm at the beginning of something. A new job, new home, new school year. This time, it's the very beginning of summer. (: Let's see if I can manage to chronicle more than two weeks of it, haha.

Speaking of new beginnings, I'll also be starting a new Co-Op job next week, at Vesi Inc. Sportswear. Let me tell you, I am so EXCITED for this job! The people I'll be working with seem all-around great, and they've promised a big variety of hands-on experience - which is really the biggest thing I look for in an internship position. I've really just got a good feeling about what's waiting for me at Vesi. As one of my fave bloggers Keltie Colleen says, "Your guts are your guts and when they talk to you, you should listen." My guts told me this was the place for me, so I guess all that's left is to wait and see if they were right. ;)

There are a lot of other amazing things ahead this summer - some I've got planned, some I'm sure will be surprises (yea, I'm cheesy!). I've promised myself that I'll keep my whole three readers (haha) updated on it all with this blog. And I'm gonna do it. You WATCH! :)

Goodnight, loves.

The Skin I'm In.

I wrote this for you.

Colin is just minutes away from arriving in CBus to visit me for the weekend. Can't wait! :D

Did you know that penguins mate for life?

So I'm eating froyo and watching "Definitely, Maybe" right now. I forgot how much I love this movie. :) Sure it's been Hollywood-ed up a good amount, but I still think the story's slightly more real life-like than most rom-coms. ;)

I love that Will saves April's copy of Jane Eyre and ends up with her in the end. Swoon. :D

Love's a funny thing isn't it? haha I try not to straight up compare life with movies, but I've always believed in it. :) I've kind of been reminded recently of all the great, complicated things that little word means.I try to soak up people who bring out the best in me, and I'm a hopeless hopeless romantic. But, if I remember correctly, a really awesome person once told me "Some of the most beautiful and inspiring minds were those of hopeless romantics. All you need is love." (:

Speaking of things people have told me, my dad gave me a much needed ego boost (lol) the other day when we were talking about some parts of the future that make me nervous. He said he has no reason to believe that, in five or ten years from now, I won't be somebody doing something great, He reminded me that I had all the tools to do absolutely anything I wanted, as long as I could always see what he saw.

Fuck, I think he just might be right. ;)

Love, Bee.

She's so pretty but she doesn't always act that way.

Good evening. :)

This time tomorrow I will have completed my first day of being an Assistant Tech Designer in the women's denim department at A&F. I'm putting off going to bed because I doubt I'll be able to sleep anyway - I keep alternating between feeling really excited and nauseous haha. But I'll be good ;) Today was also my first day of living alone , so now I feel like an official big girl. It's definitely a weird thing to get used to, but hey, I was bored enough to work out for the first time in eons so it can't be all bad! (:

My goal is to post an update on first day of work happenings, but there's also the possibility that I will just come home and crash! Haha I'm really starting to wish I had tried to get up earlier than twelve this past week to condition myself!

I have a lot of other things to say, but I'm thinking I should sleep on some of these other thoughts. Let's just say I feel weird about a lot of things, but I think I should try and sort them out before dumping my feelings on the internet world. :P This winter break sure has been a doozie (correct spelling? lol) - I fully believe in the phrase "When it rains, it pours." Good news is, this week is a fresh start if there every was one. :)

Goodnight world. If you're reading this from Bearcat country, give Cincinasty my love. haha
